We have been talking about camping at Mack's Creek campground for a couple of years and we finally did it this year. We managed to match up dates with my sister Molly and we headed just above Lucky Peak Dam to Mack's Creek. It was really busy when we got there but then got very quiet in the evening. Being a Sunday to Monday camping trip we were able to reserve two campsites last minute. We had fun playing in the water, on the docks, having a camp fire, roaster marshmallows and sleeping in tents. It was a nice little camping trip.
