This year we decided to rent a mini van for our Oregon coast vacation. I'm not big on mini vans but boy was this one nice. 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. Three rows of seating worked great with the kids, dogs and all our junk. I loved driving it and did the most driving I have ever done on any of our vacations. My aunt Lee said it was like riding in a limo. Anyways, we drove to my grandfather's house in Salem. Where he took the kids to get pizza and play games at Pietro's. Owen won 1000 tickets on one game then it took them a long time to pick out their prizes. The following day we all loaded up in the van and headed to Silver Falls National Park for a picnic and some sight seeing. It was a beautiful day and a nice drive in the country. The next day was a busy one. We drove to McMinnville, Oregon to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum and the Wings & Waves Water park. I think Mike was in Heaven, man did we see airplanes. We had a nice time walking around looking at all the different planes then we explored the space museum with Apollo 11 and a lot of other things. As if that wasn't enough for one day, we also went to the new water park full of indoor fun. Water slides, a wave pool, water play area and more. WOW!!
